In this year-long 1:1 coaching journey, I will guide you to explore facets of your soul’s purpose that relate to your creative writing. What are you here to make and offer in this life? What is the frequency you are here to lead with? How can you go bigger without losing yourself in the noise and online space? Together, we’ll identify your dark and light creative codes to help you move challenges and obstacles out of your way, tune your frequency to your unique personal constellation of self-care and success, and begin learning to live into full alignment with who you were born to be as a writer, a storyteller, a creator of worlds.
Think of this coaching package as an initiation into a group of highly-coded purpose-guided creative writers who understand that changing themselves IS changing the world. As within, so without.
And this is just the beginning of your journey.
THE SOUL STAR CREATIVE WRITING JOURNEY MAP
Session 1 Your Call to Action
We’ll examine where you’re currently at with your writing, how you got there, how you hoped it would be different, and most importantly what you still want out of this life path. This call might feel like a lot of exposition and backstory dumping, but I promise it’s for a good reason.
Sessions 2-4 Crossing the Abyss
These three sessions are for descending into shadow work where we identify and confront the unique dark codes or soul challenges you brought with you into this lifetime as a writer: Shame, Guilt, Victimhood, Grief, Fear, and the Dark Side of Desire. This process involves bringing unaware parts of yourself forth to be transformed and transmuted. In three sessions, we can only go so deep, but be aware that working with dark codes is often triggering. This work isn’t linear. It’s never done but every layer counts. Every trip across the abyss gives you the potential to reclaim more of your light.
Sessions 5-6 Lantern & Key
In mythic journey, there is often a guide who presents the main character with spiritual gifts. This guide represents a higher power (or inner power) and these symbolic gifts represent inner light or light codes the character is soulfully driven to develop and use to save themselves. These sessions will help you uncover your inherent light codes that can help you raise your frequency and guide you in the darkness through the gateways of empowerment.
Sessions 7-8 Gateway & Labyrinth
Anger and Ego are gateways to empowerment, meaning we MUST allow ourselves to pass THROUGH them in order to fully stand in our power. But as with every mythic journey, there’s a catch. If we haven’t done the work in the darkness to cut our keys correctly, we can get trapped between these gateways in a labyrinth of funhouse mirrors projecting of our own personal darkness back at us. In these sessions, we’ll seek to understand how Anger and Ego can trap us or set us free.
Sessions 9 Elixir
The elixir is oftentimes the most misunderstood part of the soul journey. In our natural world, what is medicine and what is poison can come down to the dosage and the individual. And so it is with our healing and spiritual evolution.
Sessions 10-12 Integration
This is a time for integrating the wisdom you’ve been gathering during our time together, feeling how it resonates in your system without external validation. We can use these sessions and the time in between to be still and make art, or make plans and take action, depending on where you are in your unfolding. Now that you are starting to understand who you are, what will you offer to the world?
Session 13 Embodiment
In our final session, we talk about what it truly means to embody our soul purpose. In fiction, this is the big moment in the end of the story where the main character brings their healing and wisdom back home to heal their village. In real life, this is not a one time event and it is not the end. If we want to continue evolving, we must commit ourselves to an ongoing renewal process where we learn to walk our talk AND to become an energetic attunement to others who come in contact with us and those who read our writing.
Navigation of Your Journey
This map is not intended to lock us into a rigid structure. Think of it as a constellation of sorts for our work together. If we need more time for a certain conversation, we can make adjustments as we go.
Every writer’s soul journey is unique. And because spiritual growth is spiral in nature, you can take this journey one time, or as many times as you want. Each revolution we complete takes us to a new view of our sacred (and mundane) selves in the vastness of the thing called Life.
As your frequency changes, you can also expect your story crafting to change.
